About a month ago Skillshare contacted me and told me they just started a Culinary section on their site, and asked if I would be interested in making a class. If you don’t know what Skillshare is, it’s basically “a learning community for creators.” So creators (baker me) will make a short, 10-25 minute class, split up into 1-5 minute videos and work through a specific task to help you learn something.

My class is 14 minutes of 30 second – 2 minute long videos, going through the process of making a cupcake. What, how and why. I outline it in my intro video which you can watch for free.
